TOWNHOUSE APARTMENTS

Most apartments are two bedroom townhouses. The first floor consists of a full kitchen, living room, and (in some apartments) a half bath. Kitchens are furnished with an electric range and refrigerator. Hookup is also provided for a washer and a dryer. Upstairs are two full bedrooms, each with closets, a hall closet, and a full bath. Each room has a separate thermostat for built-in electric heat.

One month's rent and a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent are required before occupancy. All rents include water, sewage, mowing and landscaping. Some small pets are allowed for an additional pet fee and a refundable pet deposit.
