iPhone. Hold your finger on the "rental application" link. Select Share. Select Save to Files. Select a file location on your iPhone, such as Pages. Go to the folder labeled Files on your iPhone. Open the saved file and fill it out on your iPhone. Save the completed file, and email it as an attachment, or print and mail it.
Other Mobile Devices. You may be able to follow the directions for the iPhone above or use Acrobat Reader. Or you can print the file using a wifi printer. Complete the printed application and mail it to the address below.
